Posted 06/16/2009 Description: he Area Reimbursement Manager represents Auxilium Pharmaceuticals (AUXL) interests and particularly Xiaflex with key accounts, AUXL field sales personnel, and select government and commercial payers. The ARM will support practices directly via training and hands-on assistance related to all areas of Xiaflex access, and work with local health plans as needed. Intervenes and problem solves with accounts that need assistance managing issues related to Xiaflex launch and maturation, including managing pre-auth processes, claims denial, submitting claims using misc. product and procedure codes, introduction of new codes, scheduling, ordering and overall management of getting product to patient.
