Description:

The HR Director will function as a business partner with Horsham management/operations as a HR Generalist to administer and implement human resource policies and procedures at the site. This position serves as a site senior staff member to ensure a complete understanding of plant needs and objectives in order to resolve HR issues.

Areas of responsibility:

1. Administer HR plans and procedures for all Horsham site personnel
   
2. Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures specific to the site
