Mission Auxilium is committed to improving patient care and providing valuable information to the medical and broader healthcare community. Auxilium will support organizations that educate healthcare professionals and promote better communication between healthcare professionals and their patients through educational grant funding. Consideration for support Funding is limited therefore educational grants are highly competitive. Applications are reviewed and generally only the most complete and compelling applications are funded. Auxilium does not provide "unrestricted grants". The educational purpose for the grant should be clearly stated and related to improving healthcare professional performance and patient outcomes. Auxilium is committed to provider independence and transparency in the grant process. Grant recipients will make all decisions regarding the content and presentation of the educational information free of the control or influence of Auxilium, and grant funding must be adequately disclosed. Funds will be provided directly to the education providers, organizations and academic or teaching institutions. Funding will not be awarded to individuals or group practices.
